Exploring and developing emotional intelligence not only makes us happier and more successful, but it helps us motivate ourselves, manage stress more effectively, and resolve conflict with others. Courageous Conversations builds skills which allow us to address differences that negatively affect quality, safety, service and working relationships. This is a remote learning course and will require participants to provide interactive dialog via online chat and audio response.
Pre-Work
This course requires pre-work. A book with instructions will be delivered to the address provided. Assignments MUST BE COMPLETED before class or you will forfeit your seat.
