We would like to cordially invite you to join your Continuous Improvement Coordinator colleagues at the 2024 CIC Summit. This dynamic event will take place in San Antonio, Texas from March 18th - 21st, 2024. 

The Summit offers in-person training opportunities, culture-building concepts, peer-to-peer learning, effective application of tools and best practices, as well as fun networking moments with fellow CICs and Customer Experience Advocates.

The 2024 Summit will carry on the tradition of celebrating your CI successes with well-deserved individual and team recognition, and new this year, an award to recognize successful in-dealership CIC and CXA collaboration.
