Session Description
This course provides a foundational yet practical overview of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) as a framework for supporting strategic goals and minimizing risk exposure. The session will explore the distinctions between traditional risk management and ERM, demonstrate how ERM integrates with organizational strategy and internal audit functions, and guide participants through identifying, assessing, and responding to key risks.
Participants will leave with actionable guidance for engaging leadership, communicating top risks to stakeholders, and aligning risk response plans to strategic priorities.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Differentiate between traditional risk management and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and explain the value of aligning ERM with strategy and internal audit.
