Elizabeth O'Connell (CIPT) is an Associate Director in Risk Advisory at CrossCountry Consulting. With over a decade of experience in operational risk, Elizabeth specializes in evaluating and designing governance programs that align with industry standards. She has recently spearheaded AI governance assessments for clients, helping integrate responsible AI principles – such as accountability, explainability, and fairness – into risk management programs. Her work bridges the gap between technical innovation and regulatory accountability, empowering auditors to ask the right questions to promote ethical AI deployment and use.
Justin Snow (AIGP, FIP) is an Associate Director in Risk Advisory at CrossCountry Consulting. He leads engagements across privacy, cybersecurity, third-party risk, and AI governance. As a certified AI Governance and Privacy Professional, Justin applies frameworks like NIST and ISO to help clients build and deploy trustworthy AI systems, navigate emerging regulations, and embed responsible AI practices into enterprise strategy.
