Speaker: Bryan Greenwood, CFO Birch Gold Group

Speaker Bio: Bryan has over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, having held leadership positions in various private companies globally. He joined Birch Gold Group in December 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all accounting and finance activities, including day-to-day transactions, budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation, AML and tax compliance, human resources, purchasing, and project management. Prior to Birch, Bryan was the CFO and VP of Finance, Administration, and Risk for two online precious metals retailers, managing daily accounting functions, corporate compliance, human resources, project management, and facility operations. He also served as COO and CFO for luxury retail jewelry brands and held executive positions in oil spill response services and national sales organizations. Bryan began his career at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP (now RSM International) and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota, with additional graduate classes in finance and personnel management from the University of Minnesota. He is a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing) and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
