Ethics, Deep Dive into Speak Up Culture
In GoldSRD’s eighth iteration of its renown Practical Ethics course, we dive headfirst into ethics headfirst, discussing standards of behavior, norms and values and ethical theories. After laying the foundation, group discussions on ethical dilemmas in the workplace will drive great and candid discussion. The second half of the class, which attendees have come to expect and love, we will delve into current surveys on ethics and trends in Corporate America. Topics include Ethical Culture, Closing the Speak Up Gap, Barriers to Speak Up Culture & the Risk of a Silent Workforce.

• Understand specific ethical theories and how they apply in today’s society
• Discuss current ethical dilemmas in the workplace
