Ethics, Culture, and Governance: Establishing and Evaluating Organizational Ethics
Course Description:
This webinar will explore how to build and maintain a strong ethical culture within an organization. You will learn how to integrate and assess ethical values, to ensure true permeation and professional alignment. The webinar also will cover key concepts within Domain II: Ethics and Professionalism from the Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS).
Important Note:Ethics CPE for this event can be applied to certifications that do not require NASBA registration such as CIA and CISA. This course will not qualify for CPA certifications to fulfill the Ethics CPE requirement but can be used as general CPE.

Daniel Graves, Partner, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
Dan has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, including 18 years of internal control process and IT risk management. His areas of emphasis include internal audits, construction audits, contract and grant compliance, risk assessments, internal control consulting, business process improvement and fraud prevention. Maintaining a primary focus on state government and higher education entities, he also leads Weaver’s advisory construction services practice.
Jeff Jones, Senior Manager, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
Jeff is a skilled internal audit practitioner with more than 10 years of end-to-end audit cycle experience. Recognized as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), he is adept in both internal and external audit processes as well as advisory and consultative services, primarily in health care and public sector. Jeff is a dedicated leader with the ability to independently lead teams through the full internal audit cycle.
