Arlene Dzurnak has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services. Currently, she serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for First Electronic Bank in Salt Lake City. Her professional background includes regulatory compliance, audit, and risk management at institutions like Washington Mutual Bank, GE Capital, Commenity Capital Bank, Celtic Bank, and prominent fintech companies such as Affirm. She earned her BS in Accounting and MBA from City University in Seattle, Washington.
Carrieann Borges is the Head of Regulatory Management at First Electronic Bank where she oversees regulatory relations and manages regulatory examinations. She has two decades of experience in financial services and banking with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, and third-party oversight. Carrieann holds an MBA and professional certifications as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS).
