• The Skamania Lodge room block has closed, but we have a limited number of rooms held exclusively for ACCIS members. To request one, email events@accis-wa.org before October 10.
• All vendor opportunities are sold out – including sponsorships, exhibitor tables, and non-member vendor registrations.
• Onsite registration will not be available due to space limitations.

Dates & Location
The ACCIS Fall Conference will take place October 20–24, 2025 at Skamania Lodge, Stevenson, WA. The conference opens at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20 and concludes at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24.

Who Should Attend
Open to all IT professionals in Washington State government, including state agencies, cities, counties, and special districts. Sessions will focus on practical technology solutions, best practices, and opportunities to connect with peers across government.

• $450 per person – register by October 10

Attendance Options

• In-Person: Full conference experience at Skamania Lodge, including sessions, meals, and networking
• Virtual: Live-stream access to all sessions (except select in-person–only sessions)

Meals Included
Registration includes daily breakfast, most lunches, snacks and refreshments, a welcome reception, and select dinners.

• $169 per night + $30 nightly resort fee + applicable taxes

Exhibitors & Sponsors

• Exhibit setup opens at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20. Early access is not available.
• All exhibits must be fully set by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21.
• The exhibit hall closes at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 23. Teardown begins after close.
• After the exhibit hall closes, the remainder of the conference is for ACCIS members only.
• Please check your email for detailed move-in, shipping, and onsite instructions from the ACCIS Events Team at events@accis-wa.org. Add this address to your safe senders list.
