This event will be held at Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront 3315 Atlantic Ave. Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Once registered, each attendee will receive a registration confirmation email titled "Confirmation for the VAFA 2025 Event." This email will include the following:
- Reference Number - the reference number is needed to make changes to your registration record. It is also required for attendees to access any presentation materials online.
- Registration Category - ensures we have properly documented you in our system as either in-person or live stream attendee. Please notify us immediately if this information is incorrect.
- Hotel link - for discounted $124/night room rate; in-person attendees only.
If necessary, we will send updates periodically. Additionally, we will send instructions on accessing any applicable handouts or materials and streaming instructions on 9/8, 9/12, & 9/14.
*Please note the 5 minutes difference between sessions are not breaks. This is the transitional period for answering questions, making announcements, and introducing / organizing the next presenter. The scheduled breaks are noted as Break or Lunch. We value your time and will do our best to adhere to the schedule as outlined above.
We have not finalized the schedule BUT we have secured the following speakers Rick Roybal, Walt Manning, Adam Rabinowitz, Harry Lidsky, Chris Harris, and Frank Jones. We will have Virginia CPA Ethics. Our schedule will be finalized before Early bird pricing ends.
