The in person presentation will last approximately 2 hours, which includes some time for Q&A and a networking opportunity after the conclusion of the presentations.
Successful ERP Implementations Providing Efficiency, Risk Management and Controls Automation - During this session we will discuss factors that contribute to a successful ERP implementation. The conversation will include what usually drives the migration, the focus areas (for both Process and Controls) when embarking on the ERP journey, as well as critical components to consider during planning and implementation. We will also discuss how the ERP implementation triggers the process and control environment transformations.
How to practically perform an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance audit - Artificial Intelligence (AI) has exploded and most organizations are exploring or implementing the technology. Many organizations face unique challenges with AI governance, given the various stakeholders and use cases. While risk assessments commonly identify AI as a key emerging risks, given the newness and technical complexity of the topic, auditors are often left asking how and what to audit. During this presentation we will discuss what the technology actual means, where is a good place to start with an AI audit, and why you and your team are already equipped with skills needed to perform an AI governance audit.
