Conference on November 12 & November 13, 2025. Speaker proposals are accepted only through this website.

Please complete the online registration form by selecting “New Registration.”

The Conference Committee solely reserves the right to review all proposals and accept only those proposals

deemed suitable for the conference. The Conference Committee will review all the submissions.

Speakers will be contacted individually about their submission and selection.

We require session handouts be made available two weeks prior to the event in electronic form. The

Conference Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes to our program. Speakers who do not

comply with deadlines may be removed from the program. Please submit online proposal no later than June 30, 2025..

All submissions are considered based on the topic and educational value to our members. We do not

reimburse or pay speakers for their talks. Speakers receive free registration for both days of conference
