Presenters
Ethan Bickford is a risk consulting manager at RSM specializing in internal audit program management for telecommunications and energy sector clients. He leads enterprise-wide engagements and coordinates cross-functional teams across IT, data analytics, and compliance domains. His expertise spans audit services, risk assessments, and advisory projects that help organizations strengthen their internal audit capabilities.
Emily Bush is a Senior Associate in RSM's Risk Consulting group with extensive experience in internal audit. She has led risk assessments, performed operational and financial internal audits, and delivered value-added recommendations to enhance the internal control environment, reduce ris, and streamline processes for her clients. Emily's expertise spans various industries, including the Public Sector, Nonprofit, and Technology, where she has consistently identified opportunities for improvement and provided actionlable guideance to her clients.
