Event Cancellations: Events may be canceled with a full refund due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer or host unavailability.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of your participation will be accepted only if you notify us at least 30 days before the start of the activity. No refund requests will be accepted after the 30-day deadline. Paid registrations are transferable.
