Rocco Martorano is a Managing Director at Protiviti, with over 25 years of experience in internal audit. Rocco works extensively with his clients in providing a broad  array of internal audit consulting services dealing with the financial, operational, and  efficiency reviews of business processes as well as providing services with regard to  Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He is a member of the Philadelphia IIA Chapter. He holds certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).

Nicole Maier is a Director at Protiviti, with over 16 years of experience in internal audit. Specializing in internal control structures, financial statement risks, and operational reviews, she provides clients with tailored consulting services to optimize their audit processes. She is a member of the Philadelphia IIA Chapter, and holds a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor.

Adam Ball is an Associate Director at Protiviti, with over 9 years of experience in internal audit and 2 years in public accounting. Adam works extensively with clients in the Manufacturing and Distribution & Medical Technology industries providing internal audit consulting services and assisting clients with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.  Adam is an active member of the Philadelphia chapter of the IIA and holds a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification.

Nick Foley is an Associate Director at Protiviti, with over 11 years of experience in internal audit. Nick works with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, and financial services, providing internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley support, and enterprise risk management services.  Nick is an active member of the Philadelphia chapter of the IIA and holds an MBA from Indiana University.
