During this session, we will discuss what design thinking is and how its human-centered approach to innovation and problem-solving encourages teams to generate new ideas, get feedback, and iterate by examining the needs of people first. It empowers individuals and organizations to innovate by providing a shared language for innovation across different teams and functions. We will introduce some of the core concepts behind design thinking and host our own design thinking session so participants can see its power in action. The design thinking session will be facilitated by LUMA certified Protiviti resources.
