Welcome to the 32nd Session of the Dakotas Conference Registration. 

Payment is required at the time of registration by credit card only with an additional 3% finance fee.

Deadline to register is May 15, 2025, 5:00 p.m. CT.  If you register after this date, there will be an additional late fee of $20.00.

Registration Information:

Registration includes:  Thursday & Friday lunches, snack breaks, and Friday evening social event.

There are three different categories for registration.

• Clergy – the cost is $130.00.
  • Active
  • Extension Ministry
  • Retired
  • Other
• Lay – the cost is $130.00.
  • Laity – Representing Church (elected by charge conference or admin council)
  • Laity – by Virtue of Conference Leadership Role
• Visitor – the cost is $60.00.
  • Clergy Spouse
  • Conference Office Staff
  • Exhibitor
  • Other

Miracle Offering:
This year's Miracle Offering will be directed to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR).  More information will be available soon.  We will also be collecting Personal Dignity and Home Care kits as well as other items for Midwest Mission.

• Friday, June 6, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Evening Social (Party on the Lawn) – Dakota Wesleyan University

• First Time Attendees Orientation - Thursday afternoon
• Health & Wellness checks - Board of Pensions/WesPath

Childcare information:

• Available for children ages 0-10 years during the conference at Dakotas Conference Office
  • Friday, June 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 7 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 8, from 9:30 a.m. to Noon - Downtown First
• The cost is $20.00 per child/per day.
• Forms will be sent to you that must be completed and returned.
• Childcare is available free of charge at Downtown First United Methodist Church on Sunday morning for the Celebration of Life in Ministry Service.
