Registration Policies

Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration. The University of Colorado Boulder does not accept purchase orders and cannot bill for registration fees. Retain all receipts for your records. If we have no record of payment when the conference begins, we will require payment at that time.

 

Modifying Registration
If you need to make any changes to your registration, you can do so by clicking the "Modifying Registration" button at the bottom of this page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to register as well as the Reference Number that can be found on your Registration Confirmation Email.

 

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds MUST be requested by May 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM MDT. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds requested for general registration will be assessed a $50 processing fee. To request a refund, select the "Modify Registration" button below. Enter your email and reference number to login. On the first page, click the "Cancel Registration" button.
