Jen is currently responsible for advanced technology enablement, helping the EisnerAmper’s advisory teams deliver services with technology. She assists clients with AI strategy, focusing on AI solutions, as well as AI governance and monitoring. Jen's expertise includes generative AI, fostering innovative cultures, and measuring ROI of technology investments.

Furthermore, Jen is experienced in leading technology teams and building solutions for platforms and marketplaces, including recommendation engines and large-scale matching algorithms. She excels in growing and managing product teams, establishing product experimentation programs, and developing product management processes. Jen is skilled in collaborating with executive stakeholders to align business, data, and AI strategies.

Additionally, Jen has worked as a data scientist, conducting research, building machine learning models, and advocating for responsible artificial intelligence practices. She has collaborated with academic and government research institutions for explainable and repeatable data governance practices. Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Jen worked at a leading online job search and recruiting platform as the Senior Vice President of Data Products.
