Bio:
A Global Thought Leader, Business Influencer, and Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Sharon brings four decades of senior executive experience. As a Business Acceleration and Work / Life Integration Coach, she leads a top consulting organization, is an award-winning author of 22 books and over 160 peer- reviewed manuscripts, and is a TEDx Montreal Women presenter.
She gives emerging leaders and career professionals the confidence to speak up, remain calm under pressure, seek psychological safety, communicate effectively, and master stress. Sharon’s work has taken her across the country and around the globe, resulting in inclusive cultures of collaboration within the public, private, and government sectors.
She began her career in nursing and received graduate-level degrees in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, and Gerontology. She gets the First Humanitarian Award from HCA, the Chair’s Distinguished Service Award from the National Speakers Association, and the Bayer Award for Advisory Excellence.
