There’s Still Time to Register for the Researchers and Practitioners Meetings
Registration for the 49th Annual Natural Hazards Research and Applications Workshop is now closed. We’re sorry, but we have reached the physical capacity at the Omni Interlocken Hotel and cannot accept any more registrants.
You can still register for the 2024 Researchers Meeting or the 2024 Practitioners Meeting, both of which convene after the Workshop adjourns. There is plenty of space available for both meetings and we hope you can attend.
If you weren’t able to register, we’ll miss you! Please save the dates for the 50th Annual Natural Hazards Workshop and we’ll look forward to seeing you next year.
Thank you for your interest in the 49th Annual Natural Hazards Workshop. Registration pricing and policies are listed below. Please see the Natural Hazards Center website for the history of the Workshop, this year's theme, accommodations, and more.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
Capacity/Waitlist
Registration for all meetings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Natural Hazard Workshop is capped at 650 registrants due to space limitations. We will close registration when we reach capacity and a waitlist will be activated. If you foresee that you will not be able to register before capacity is reached due to your organization's travel and registration policies, please contact us at hazards.workshop@colorado.edu.
Workshop Moderators and Panelists
All Workshop moderators and speakers will receive a discount code for $50 off general registration. If you have already registered, you will be able to log back into your registration form and apply the code for a refund. We are unable to offer speaker discounts to Workshop Poster Session presenters, Researchers Meeting participants, or Practitioners Meeting panelists.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration. The University of Colorado Boulder does not accept purchase orders and cannot bill for registration fees. Retain all receipts for your records. If we have no record of payment when the conference begins, we will require payment at that time.
Modifying Registration
If you need to make any changes to your registration, you can do so by clicking the "Modify Registration" button at the bottom of this page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to register as well as the Reference Number that can be found on your Registration Confirmation Email.
