Eszter Zagyi CFE
Vantage West Credit Union

Eszter Zagyi is the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, Fraud & Security at Vantage West Credit Union.  Eszter holds a master’s degree in International Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool, and a master`s in Agribusiness Engineering from the University of West Hungary. She is also a 2023 graduate of Western CUNA Management School  Upsilon Class. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Tax Advisor and a Certified Public Accountant licensed under Hungarian GAAP.

Prior to joining Vantage West, Eszter worked overseas at NATO Airlift Management Program as a Senior Finance Officer in Hungary and Luxembourg and at the European External Action Service, the Diplomatic Service of the European Union. She served as a Finance Officer in different countries including Belgium, Iraq, Djibouti and Israel.

Her background and experience in finance and auditing led her to a position at Vantage West Credit Union where she started as a Lead Internal Auditor. She found her passion in auditing and fraud prevention, which led to her current position.
