Do you want to join forces and participate in the TechRise Challenge by NASA?, Get set to design an experiment to test on a high-altitude hot air balloon! All engines are fired, and we are ready to take off!
Let's get started with integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics in your lessons this school year. No experience is required to enter the challenge. The winning team will get technical support during the experiment build phase from NASA Future Engineers advisors who will help in bringing your idea to reality.
The Santa Clara County Office of Education invites all 6th – 12th-grade educators who are interested to take up this challenge but are looking for some additional support during the start phase; plan, brainstorm experiment ideas, and get some technical guidance and advice from:
Experts, scientists, engineers who can answer questions, and share resources.
Team to help write the proposal for the Tech Rise Challenge.
Peers with whom you can share and bounce off ideas and keep you within the timeline.
Let’s take our students through the engineering design process, kindle curiosity, engage in a hands-on activity, experiment, and be part of the latest in space exploration!
The deadline to submit the proposal to NASA is Oct.24th, 2022 11:59 p.m. PT!
