Program

Please join LLS for a free virtual education program for patients and their families.  Participants will be empowered to take charge of their healthcare and advocate for their own needs, particularly in cases where their care takes place in multiple locations.

We know that many patients travel far from home for their cancer care but may have follow-up and routine maintenance care closer to home. In these kinds of situations, it’s more important than ever to ensure good communication between all of the providers involved in your care. Learn how you can make sure your healthcare team has everything they need – and you do, too!

In addition to learning about continuity of care between different healthcare  providers, participants will learn about the resources available in their community and those provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
