Program

Please join Angela Wicker-Ramos for a free educational discussion where participants
will gain a better understanding about the impact physical activity has on reducing
side effects of treatment, improving the efficacy of cancer treatment, and helping with
long-term recovery from a cancer diagnosis. Other topics will include safety
recommendations when exercising, current research review on exercise and cancer,
and ideas on how to exercise during COVID.

In addition to learning about the role physical activity has in cancer treatment and
recovery, participants will learn about the resources available in their community and
those provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
