2026 Learning Forward Missouri Show-Me Professional Learning Conference Call for Proposal (CFP)

You are invited to submit a proposal for a regular session (75 minutes) or an extended session (2.5 hours) for the 2026 Show-Me Conference. Please take a moment to review the following information before you begin your submission.  

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage you to use the following worksheet and review the scoring guidelines to prepare your submission: ►2026 CFP Worksheet and ►Scoring Guide.
(The worksheet is a preparation tool only. It cannot be submitted in lieu of the online submission process. Your work can be copied and pasted from the worksheet to the registration platform fields.)

You will be asked to upload or share a summary that contains details on the session topic(s) and processes, research-based support, strand development implementation and relevance. 

The deadline for submission is October 22, 2025, 5:00 p.m. (CST). You will be notified on or by December 5, 2025, if your proposal has been selected. 
 

If your proposal is selected, the following discounts will be applied to your registration:
Lead Presenter: $100 discount off the registration fee for one (1) person designated as the lead presenter.
Co-Presenter: $25 discount off the registration fee for co-presenters.  

The 2026 Learning Forward Missouri Show-Me Professional Learning Conference will be held March 1 - 3, 2026, at the Oasis Hotel and Convention Center in Springfield, Missouri.
