REGISTRATION NOTES:Welcome to online registration for the 2024 MO SW-PBS Summer Institute. Please take a moment to review the following information before you begin registration.
3. After identifying your session selections and reviewing attendee category types below, you may begin online registration.
Summer Institute Participant (Building Level Implementer):Please select this category type if you are an attendee whose district, charter or school is paying for your registration fees or you are a co-presenter for a breakout session and your district, charter or school is paying for your registration fees.
Primary Presenter:This category type is designated specifically for the lead presenter for a breakout session. Please note, only ONE presenter can be considered primary or lead for any breakout session.
Poster Session Presenter:Please select this category type if your poster submission has been selected to be displayed at Summer Institute.
Summer Institute Scholarship School Participant:Please select this category type if you have been selected by your Regional Professional Development Center to receive a scholarship.
RPDC Consultant:Please select this category type if you are an attendee who is a contracted consultant for a Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC). (EXCLUDES SW-PBS Consultant/Coach or the Director)
RPDC Director or MU Center for SW-PBS Team Member:Please select this category type if you are the Director or a MU Center for SW-PBS team member.
SW-PBS Consultant/Coach, State Team and Leadership Participant:Please select this category type if you are a SW-PBS consultant/coach, member of the state team or leadership.
REGISTRATION FEES: Early registration rate is $225.00 through May 1, 2024.If your online registration is received after May 1, 2024, your registration rate will be $275.00. Any on-site registration will be $325.00
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Registration fees, minus a $25 processing/administrative fee, may be refunded if a written request is emailed to Custom Meeting Planners at Tammy@custommeetingplanners.comno later than May 10, 2024. If notice of cancellation is received before registration fees have been paid, please note that the invoice will be revised to reflect processing/administrative fees due.
No refunds will be authorized after this date, but substitutions will be permitted. Full payment of fees will be expected from registrants who are unable to attend the conference but fail to notify Custom Meeting Planners in writing on or before May 10, 2024.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES DUE: Please note the following forms of payment methods are accepted by the conference:
Debit/Credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard debit/credit, and Visa debit/credit
Purchase Order (PO): A PO is required within five (5) working days of completed conference registration. The paperwork may be emailed to Tammy@custommeetingplanners.com. Please ensure that the vendor name and contact information on the PO is the following:

Check: A check is required to be sent to our office within five (5) working days of completed conference registration and is in lieu of a purchase order. Please ensure that the check is made payable to Custom Meeting Planners and mailed to the following address:
