LL Global Cancellation Policy:

If a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LL Global (LIMRA/LOMA/LIC) for any reason, LL Global shall refund any registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LL Global be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.

Registrant Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy: All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received by September 24, 2025, will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after September 24. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
