Multi-person discount (U.S. program): If one company enrolls three or more participants in a single, public Immersion session, each participant will receive a 10% discount off the registration fee. To receive discount, participants must contact the Facilitated Learning Program Administrator for special code to use during the registration process. Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. These requests carry a 10% administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted only on written requests received no later than ten business days before the meeting. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within ten business days of the meeting. If, for any reason, a meeting is canceled, LOMA will refund the total registration fee.
