Dr Niklas Luhmann is a medical doctor and completed his Master of Science in International Public Health at the University of Berlin in 2006. He has been working ever since on HIV/AIDS related issues specifically in key populations. For the past two years, he has worked increasingly on issues related to hepatitis C treatment access.
