Important Information:

• Booth spaces are limited, and locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, after payment is received.  See below to view the Exhibit Hall Layout.
• Standard indoor booth is 8’ deep x 10’ wide pipe and drape, and includes a 6’ draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, and carpet.
• Other ancillary services and supplies can be purchased through the Vista Convention Services. The Exhibitor Kit contains additional information on how you can enhance your booth further.
• Electric is not included with the booth pricing. If electrical outlets are needed (phone, laptop, etc.), they will have to be ordered through Vista Convention Services.
• By registering for the NJEPA Conference and in exchange for the NJEPA providing you with convention services, you agree to pay NJEPA the fees, as listed in the above schedule, by the required payment date.

Payment Information:

• Booth assignments will NOT be made until all payments are received
• All payments must be received by April 1, 2023.
• Payment may be made using a check, Visa or MasterCard.  American Express is currently not accepted.

Advertising Information:

• All information related to company logo, website information, company description, and advertising artwork need to be uploaded in through your registration record.
• Your company description and logo, and any program advertising ad, must be received no later than March 1, 2023 for inclusion in the digital program. Format should be .jpg, .tif, or .eps.
• Material received after the cutoff date may not be included in the program.
