Bio
         Being the Adviser at the Department for International Relations at Georgia Revenue Service I was involved in implementation and maintenance of EU projects taking place in Georgia in Customs and Tax sectors; I have been presenting Georgia Revenue Service to the EU authorities within the framework of the Integrated Border Management panel within the scope of the Eastern Partnership program; I have been actively working on the Joint Use of Border Crossing Points with Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine while identifying all the consequent risk criteria and the mechanisms of data exchange system with the partner countries for the smooth running of goods for supporting the enhancement of trade relations with the partner countries; Meanwhile I have been working on the issues regarding the establishment of Alternative Tax Audit system in Georgia while having active cooperation with the French and US Tax administrations; I have been conducting the projects on behalf of Georgia Revenue Service in collaboration with Export Control and Relate Border Security branch of the US Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia. I have been actively involved in the WCO Capacity building area while supporting the implementation of WCO standards in Georgia.
 
         Alongside the professional background at Georgia Revenue Service my previous managerial experience conveys in itself the supervision of different international projects.
 
         The academic background being enriched at the beginning in Georgia and afterwards in Romania and France in International Relations and Political Sciences was a step forward for sharing the experience with Georgia Revenue Service while taking an active role in overcoming the lots of challenges and supporting the implementation of innovative approaches on the threshold of new reality.
