Mike Cindrich has built a successful thirty-year career in the dental industry based on his highly effective leadership philosophy. His journey to effective leadership began while he was studying Marketing at The Ohio State University as a member of the Navy Reserve
Officer Training Corps. In 1986, he graduated with a BS in Marketing and headed to Pensacola, Florida. After earning his wings in 1988, he was stationed at the Naval Air Station in Whidbey Island, WA to fly the EA-68 Prowler. Mike was deployed to fly 22 successful missions during Operation Desert Storm where great leadership skills were critical to the survival of his team. After embarking on a successful career teaching leadership skills at Cysco, Mike “fell” into a career in the dental community where he found an avenue to apply and hone his leadership skills even further to create a successful leadership philosophy that has served to inspire passion, increase revenues, and the development of new strategies to ignite teams to achieve more. Mike has held the position of General Manager in a dental supply company, National Sales Director with a dental manufacturing company specializing in advancing technology, and the position of International Sales Director for a world- renowned dental company. This experience has given him the insight into the potential of dental
professionals to become great leaders in their professional and personal lives to create life-long success. Mike currently owns his own company dedicated to elevating and enhancing the careers and lives of the dental community through courses designed to ensure “Leadership for Life.”
