Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

At Mindtree, Paul guides the company’s strategic planning, business-unit marketing, branding, sales excellence and alliances. Prior to Mindtree, Paul was the global CMO of Infosys. Previously, he was vice president of Enterprise Marketing at both HP and Dell, leading product marketing, outbound marketing, and enterprise alliances for their server businesses. He also was vice president of Marketing at Panasas Inc., a storage system provider for high-performance cluster computing. Gottsegen began his career at Compaq Computer Corp., spending 13 years in various roles in the enterprise division, including launching the original Systempro server, leading the product launch effort for the original ProLiant server launch, and as vice president of the North America sales region for the Industry Standard Server business. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Gastric Cancer Foundation.
