Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Privacy is fundamental for user trust and acceptance of Internet of Things (IoT) and wearable technologies. Our work identifies the sources of privacy threats posed by these technologies and the novel challenges beyond the conventional scope of individualistic privacy management. We propose to redefine user privacy as a collective issue and call for theory development under this framework.
