Most academic institutions in the U.S. have few resources to help the life of academic mothers. The goal of this BOF is to provide current and future female faculty of all levels with tools and information to help them find a balance between motherhood and academic career and help them learn from each other about solutions that other academics or institutions have initiated to help with children.
