So your social media users tell you that they have privacy concerns. Whether it’s unauthorized access or impression management, a widely recognized “privacy paradox” is that users’ behaviors often contradict their expressed concerns. I show how assessing the high-level driver of these privacy concerns can allow you to predict usage and gauge which platform design will address their real concerns.
