Millions of people take surveys on SurveyMonkey every day, so redesigning the respondent experience is a daunting task. Earlier this year SurveyMonkey unveiled a massive overhaul of the respondent experience that meaningfully outperformed its predecessor. I’ll highlight the key decisions we made to launch a delightful survey-taking experience for everyone, on any device, and anywhere in the world.
