GCMAS 2016 Exhibitors and Sponsors

The GCMAS Annual Meeting offers exhibitors the opportunity to interact with physicians, clinicians and researchers involved in movement analysis throughout the United States and beyond. The expertise and knowledge you provide enhances the meeting experience of all attendees.

Meeting Schedule

  • A fine-wire EMG course will precede the GCMAS 2016 on Monday, May 16th 8-5 and Tuesday, May 17th 8-1, at the Motion Analysis Laboratory at the University of Tennessee, Health Science Center.
  • Four tutorials will take place throughout the day on Tuesday, May 17th at the Memphis Peabody Hotel.
  • The Exhibit Hall will be open for set-up Tuesday, May 17th from 6:00-11pm.
  • A Student Reception will be held in the Louis XVI Room from 5:00-6:00 pm Tuesday evening.
  • The Welcoming Reception on Tuesday evening will be 6 - 9pm, on the Peabody Rooftop and Skyway.
  • Wednesday will open with a Vendor Focus Breakfast Session. This session will offer interested vendors the opportunity to highlight new or existing products during a 3-5-minute podium presentation. Since Breakfast Sessions are only 1 hour, the time allotted per vendor will be dependent upon the number of interested vendors. Please indicate your interest in giving a brief presentation when registering for the 2016 meeting.
  • The Exhibit Hall will be open from 7am-5pm pm Wednesday, May 18 and Thursday May 19.
  • Wednesday and Thursday mornings will feature an extended Exhibitor/Poster session from 9:30-11:00 am.
  • Wednesday and Thursday afternoons will include Exhibitor/Poster session from 2:30-3:30 pm.
  • A Vendor Reception with wine and Hors d'oeuvre will be held in the Exhibit Hall Wednesday evening from 5:00-6 pm.
  • Vendor breakdown is Thursday 5-6pm and 9-10pm.
  • The GCMAS banquet will be Thursday evening 6-9 pm in the Continental Ballroom.
  • For those staying in town through Friday, afternoon excursions will be offered to include A Historical Musical Tour and, of course, a tour of Graceland. Attendees will be back at the hotel by 5:00 pm Friday evening. All organized tours will be available for you to select on the conference registration site.

User Group Meetings

If you are interested in hosting a User Group meeting, the Program committee has designated time on Wednesday evening following the Wine and Hors d’oeuvres. Please contact Peabody Catering Office at 901-529-4154 for meeting space within the Peabody and they will assist you in obtaining a meeting room as well as the food and beverages that suit your needs.
If you are interested in hosting a meeting outside the Peabody please visit http://www.opentable.com/memphis/downtown-restaurants to find a restaurant in the city that fits your needs.
Only companies who have an exhibit booth at the GCMAS meeting will be allowed to host User Group meetings during the GCMAS meeting.

Exhibit Hall/Booth Selection

Exhibit booths will be located in the combined Salons C,D, and E of the Peabody Grand Ballroom located on the Mezzanine Level, of the hotel, providing over 8,600 square feet of space for exhibit booths, posters, and all food and beverages for attendees. The Lecture Hall consists of Salons A&B of the Grand Ballroom, and is nestled by the Exhibit Hall. The registration desk, located in Salon F of the Grand Ballroom, is connected to the exhibitor/poster area. Complimentary wireless internet access will be available throughout the conference venue, including the exhibitor/poster area.

We will make our best effort to assign your booth based on your preference, but we make no guarantee that you will get one of your chosen booth locations.

Booth Rates
Exhibitor registration includes complimentary attendance at all Conference functions for 2-4 people, depending on size/location of booth, including the Welcome Reception and Banquet, to allow interactions with attendees in a more social setting. Additional exhibit staff can register at a reduced rate of $300 per person.
