BOLD Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What is the cost of BOLD?
Answer: The cost of the full BOLD Experience is $899. When you enroll early you can take advantage of savings with two different levels of early bird pricing of $799 or $849. The early bird price of $799 is offered until midnight the day of First Step to BOLD. After midnight, the price will increase to $849 for the next seven days. On the eight day, the full price of $899 will apply.
Question: Can I enroll in BOLD if I'm not a Keller Williams associate?
Answer: If you have the intention of joining KW or if you've been personally invited by KW leadership, yes you may enroll in BOLD. However, you will not be able to register yourself through the website. Please contact the BOLD Client Care team at 512-327-3070 for assistance with getting registered over the phone.Question: Where do I find my KW Username?
Answer: You can locate your KW Username on your KW White Pages profile. To get to your KW White Pages profile, go to mykw.kw.com and enter your login credentials. From there, go to the bottom right hand corner of the page, and select "White Pages" from your Quick Link box. You will then select "My Profile" on the upper left hand corner of the page. Your username will be located under your Last Name text box.
Question: How do I receive my reimbursement once I have transferred my registration?
Answer: All transfers are requested through the BOLD Coach. You will personally collect the cost of your registration from the person transferring into your spot.
Question: How can I get a copy of my receipt?
Answer: After your initial registration is complete, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Within the confirmation email there is a live link to your registration record, click on the link, at the top of the screen click on the 'Receipt/Invoice' box, this will open your printable receipt.
Question: How can I receive the materials for the step I missed?
Answer: The BOLD materials are distributed in the BOLD classroom only and electronic/soft copies are not available. You must be present in the BOLD class to receive your materials or you must arrange for someone to pick up your materials for you. Please inform the coordinator at check-in that you did not receive the previous week(s) material.
Question: How can I register as leadership?
Answer: To register as leadership, you must currently hold a leadership role in your market center, you cannot be an active agent, and there must be a minimum of 5 agents from your market center already enrolled for Steps 2-7. If all of these apply to you, please contact the BOLD Client Care team at 512-327-3070 to receive the leadership rate.
Question: How do I get BOLD awarded in my area or Market Center?
Answer: Please let your Team Leader know that you are interested in bringing BOLD to your area, and have your Team Leader contact Katie Kosich via phone at 949-294-6576 or via email at Katie.Kosich@kw.com.
