How do you think etouches will fit into the global market and how it can take
advantage and grow in that on a global scale?
Oni Chukwu:
Well, as you know etouches is a global company already with 700 customers in 35
countries, so it has the wings already spread. As you are quite familiar with, etouches
plays in a very large global market. This is a market that actually got me excited to get
involved in the company, and this is a market that we currently are leaders in.
When you look at our market, you know the platform players in event management
software; there are only about ... you can count them on your fingers, probably four
key platform players in the event management space. We are one of them. My goal
and strategy is to make sure that we can advance that and make it even more global.
What sort of values do you want to instill into this organization both internally and externally?
Dan Murdoch:

Oni Chukwu:
Great question Dan, that's a very good question, because one of the things actually that drew me to etouches is what is very common amongst our employees and even our customers, our motto of care, grow, and play. I think that's a key teller of when you're coming to a company that has such values already.
So our customers are "king." We essentially believe that we have to care for our customers, make sure we grow and we grow with them as we go. And importantly, have fun as we do that.
Also one of the other key values I'll instill and I've already started to do, both in our employees and in our partners, is to make sure that integrity is central to everything that we do. So our commitment to the customer is key. We would deliver on every commitment we make the customer, which has been our motto as well.
How do you think etouches will fit into the global market and how it can take advantage
and grow in that on a global scale?

What do you think are the key drivers to getting etouches to the next level within
this industry?
Oni Chukwu:
So with etouches, there are many key drivers, but I think I will focus on a couple.
etouches already has an enviable market position being in many different places with many more key customers as it currently has. As you know, our market targets corporations, associations, and PCOs for the most part and government. What we try to do is make sure that we can embed very clearly in those areas; and importantly, expand a footprint across the world.
