Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund you must cancel in writing by Sept. 24, 2021. If you cancel after Sept. 24, you will be charged for meals only. Please contact Nancy Weiss at nancy@kinsleymeetings.com should you need to cancel.

If CMMA must cancel the in-person part of the conference due to health or safety restrictions beyond its control, in-person registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee within 10 business days of the cancellation.
