To book your flight, please call Julie O'Dell at 585-381-2850 M-Th 9am-5pm ET. Julie will book your flight and direct bill it back to CCURI. The information provided for flights during registration will aide Julie in making the booking.

Airport Transportation
Transportation from the Tulsa Airport to the hotel is complementary for guests of the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center.
Transport to Tulsa Community College
CCURI has arranged bus charter service to transport participants to Tulsa Community College each day of the workshop, May 22, 23, & 24th. Sessions on May 25th will be held at hotel. The bus will depart the hotel promptly at 8:30am and depart the college at 4:15pm to return to the hotel.

CCURI Travel Policy
1. Airfare must be booked at least 6 weeks prior to the event through Julie O’Dell at Town and Country Travel. Any fees incurred due to changes made after booking are the responsibility of the individual and will not be paid by CCURI.
2. CCURI can only reimburse for the approved ground transportation methods listed on the event website.
3. If participation in the event is cancelled after airfare is booked, the individual will be responsible for the entire cost of the airfare. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of event, the individual will also be responsible for the cost of hotel room.
4. Additional room nights will only be approved in cases where available flights would result in missing all of the programming for that day. Approval must be given by CCURI prior to airfare booking.
