(Zoom information will be in your confirmation email, emailed day before and the day of the event)

We will discuss best practices to increase cultural competence at the workplace. It will give attendees a better understanding about the typical diversity efforts employed in organizations and the lesser known social and psychological factors that need to be addressed to improve competency.

Why Should You Attend:
Most diversity and inclusion efforts in an organization focus on particular observable demographics such as race, gender, age, etc. This presentation will expand the concept of diversity by addressing the more global concept of cultural competency within organizations. It will groom executives and leaders in skills to create a culturally competent organization that supports their mission and strategic goals.

No cost for the event but you do need to register. All clergy and laity are invited to attend.
Registration Deadline: October 25, 2021 at Noon
