What does my conference registration include?
Conference registration includes all keynotes, breakouts, and plenary sessions. A continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch is served daily (with the exception of lunch at the conclusion of Sunday’s sessions, which is on your own).
Are Continuing Education Units (CEUs) available?
Yes, the conference is approved for 20 CEUs which are available for registered dietitians, psychology, counselors, social work, marriage-family therapy, drug-alcohol, and nursing. If you would like to apply for CEUs, an additional cost of $25.00 will apply. Please pay in advance along with your registration fee or on-site at the conference. How do I reserve a hotel room?
To reserve your hotel room(s), use the provided link and follow the directions. BEDA’s special nightly rate is $179.00 for single or $204.00 for a double occupancy room. Please click on the “Location” tab on this website for more information or to reserve online. If you would like to make your hotel reservations via phone, call (215) 928-1234 and use the code “BEDA.” The deadline is February 21, 2013.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations should be made online by modifying your registration. (Click "Modify Registration" on the home page of this website). This is the preferred method of cancellation. If needed, cancellations also will be accepted by email or fax only – not by phone. Please submit cancellations to alix.chapie@specialdevents.com or fax to 248-336-8610. Please note the cancellation fees:
Cancellation received by February 24th: $50 administration fee
Cancellation received on or after February 25th : no refund

I have a complementary registration code; where to I enter it?
There will be a text box labeled, "DISCOUNT CODE" where you can enter your specific code on the first page of your online conference registration.
Unfortunately, we do not have the funds this year to provide scholarships. We are working to secure funding for future conferences and will post this information when we have it.
We are no longer accepting applications for volunteers.
Will the speakers' presentations be available after the conference?
