As the largest cardiology-specific administrative member organization, MedAxiom members gather for several days to exchange information, share experiences, network with their peers and discuss industry trends, practical business applications, and best practices. This course is an onsite program specifically designed to educate cardiovascular physicians with how to navigate the rapidly changing requirements of today’s healthcare delivery system. The emphasis will be on developing the tools needed to improve efficiency, quality and patient satisfaction in the context of burdensome regulatory and legislative programs. Speakers will be industry experts and cardiovascular program leaders who have achieved significant success with their programs. Meeting attendance includes physician leadership, administrative and financial management, clinical operations management, service line managers and business office teams.
