How do I register?
Click on the registration button on the home page, or go to the Registration page under the Conference Information tab. Complete all required information

Is there an Early Bird Registration Price?
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Purchase a MEMBER FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION before November 15th for $200 Off. (Member Full Registration Only. Not valid for Government, Spouse/Companion, Children, Technical Sessions, Exhibits Only, or Short Courses.)
What kind of payments are accepted for registration?
Registration fees may be paid by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY. No Cash, Checks, or Wire Transfers will be accepted, online or on-site.
What is the cancellation
policy?
If I decide at the last
minute to attend IFCEE 2015?
Online registration is open until the week prior to the conference on March 17, 2015. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND pre-registering before the conference to avoid long on-site registration lines.
What does each
registration fee cover?
See Registration Fees under the Conference Information and Attendee Tab for all
inclusions.
What can I get PDHs for?
PDHs are available for the entire technical program. Concurrent Technical Sessions, Short Courses, and special Lectures are included. Committee Meetings and Social Events are excluded. A PDH form will be provided in your registration packet at check-in.
I am interested in
exhibiting at IFCEE 2015. How can I get information?

How can I get a copy of
the agenda?
The agenda is under the Conference Information Tab.
Who can attend IFCEE 2015?
IFCEE 2015 is open to anyone who is interested in the
deep foundations industry.
When will I be able to
register for IFCEE 2015?
Online registration opens October 15th, 2014.
Will I receive a badge in
the mail before IFCEE 2015?
No, all badges are distributed at the conference in the
registration area.
Will I receive a receipt
for payment?
You will receive a confirmation of registration via email after
your registration is completed. This also serves as your paid receipt for your
expense reporting purposes.
Can I attend just the
exhibits without registering for IFCEE 2015?
Registration is required to attend any of the IFCEE 2015 events. There is, however, a registration option for Exhibits Only, available Wednesday – Saturday. See Registration Information page under the Attendees Tab for pricing.
How do I make hotel
reservations for IFCEE 2015?
You will need to make hotel reservations directly with the JW
Marriott Hill Country San Antonio. You access the interactive link or find
additional hotel information on the Hotel page under the General Information tab on the website.
Will transportation be
provided from the airport to hotel?
No transportation is provided from airport to
hotel. Attendees are responsible for getting to/from airport. The JW
Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa does not offer shuttle
service. Find more information under the Transportation tab on the website.
Will I have to pay for
parking at the hotel?
Self parking is complimentary at the JW Marriott San Antonio
Hill Country Resort & Spa. If you choose to valet park, you will incur
a fee. Please see hotel website for more information.
When will my credit card
be charged?
Credit cards will be charged immediately for registration
fees.
I can’t access the hotel
registration link on your Web site.
If you are having difficulty making hotel reservations, please
call the hotel directly at 800.228.9290.
How do I make my airline
reservations?
Airfare is not included in registration fees. You must make
your own airline reservations.
Who attends IFCEE 2015?
General Contractors, Specialty Subcontractors, Manufacturer/Suppliers, Geo-technical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Consulting Companies, and Government Employees from around the globe gather with
equipment supplier/manufacturers in the foundation drilling industry to look
for new and innovative technology, creative solutions and dynamic contractors

What are the move-in and
out days and times?
Each confirmed exhibitor will receive an email with specific
move in and move out information.
Recommended attire
Attire for the week is business casual. Attendees are encouraged to bring a jacket or sweater because meeting rooms can be
cool. Final Night Gala is Black Tie Optional.
Special needs?
If you have special needs or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, kosher, etc.), please specify them on the online registration form. If your special
needs are not listed (mobility, auditory, etc.), please email Jan Hall at jhall@adsc-iafd.com with complete
description of your needs.
Can my spouse and/or
children attend IFCEE 2015?
Spouses, companions and children are welcome to attend IFCEE 2015 with you. Spouse/Companions and children can register for a reduced
fee. A Spouse/Companion or child registration entitles them entry to all IFCEE 2015 events. Please note a name badge is required for entry into all IFCEE events.
