What is ACE Summit?

Women’s ACE (Advocate, Cultivate, Empower) Summit is the new and improved Women’s D.C. Fly-In! This event has expanded to a two-day event, offering more learning sessions and advocacy training opportunities for Farm Bureau Women. This event occurs every other year (even years), with the purpose of building a sustainable future by growing women leaders, engaging them with lawmakers and advancing agricultural advocacy.

Where is ACE Summit taking place?

All ACE Summit events, with the exception of Hill visits, will take place at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C.

What are the current COVID guidelines for Washington, D.C.?

All ACE Summit attendees should be aware that in Washington, D.C. as of February 15, 2022, Washington, D.C., rescinded the proof of vaccination or negative test requirements. Proof of vaccination is no longer required at indoor gathering locations, including restaurants, unless posted by a private business. Please note – these governmental ordinances are subject to change, and AFBF will continue to monitor the situation and update participants of any changes.

What airport should I fly into when attending ACE Summit?

The closest airport is Reagan National (DCA) with Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington (BWI) being alternative options.

Will there be food at the Welcome & Network Reception?

Light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided during the Welcome & Networking Reception.

What is the Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership program?

The American Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership program provides women with opportunities for growth and development to sharpen their skills and strengthen their ability to inspire change.
