Arriving in Salzburg
Due to its ideal location between Munich and Vienna, Salzburg is readily accessible from every direction. The Salzburg W.A. Mozart Airport is the second-largest airport in Austria and is located just four kilometers from the city center. Please visit the airport website for more information.
Please pay close attention to your chosen airline's cancellation policies prior to booking.
Austria
has ended the “3-G” requirements, so one does not need to present proof of
vaccination to enter the country or to enter University buildings.
Please note that if you are flying to or though Germany, there are currently
different entry requirements.

At the Meeting
Copy and print facilities will not be available for attendee use. Some Hotels have business centers with printers. We strongly recommend that you bring any handouts intended for distribution with you rather than trying to print/copy at the meeting.
If you requested A/V for your presentation, the room will be equipped with a projector. You will need to provide your own computer. Your computer will need to be able to output a signal via HDMI in order to connect to the equipment. Please also remember to bring your laptop's power brick.
