It is the delegates responsibility to ensure the system connection is tested at least 48hrs before the webinar.
You will only need to do this once. Please ensure you log in to attend the webinar at least 30 mins prior to the start of the session.

Please note the following information:
1. This event has been organised by the Association of Employment and Learning Providers.
2. Confirmation of delegate registration will be sent to the originator of the booking upon completion of the registration form on the Citrix 'GotoWebinar' site.
3. All payments will be processed offline. When you register via the 'GotoWebinar' site, instructions will be sent on how to pay via credit card or the AELP finance team will send an invoice for the webinar fee + VAT. All payments must be received prior to the webinar.
4. If you have not received confirmation of your registration from AELP at least THREE WORKING DAYS prior to the start of the webinar, please contact the AELP Events Team on 0117 947 2097 or email webinar@aelp.org.uk.
Cancellations
1. Only cancellations confirmed in writing up to 10 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the FULL delegate fee + VAT. Please provide the name and organisation of the person who will not be attending to AELP via email to webinar@aelp.org.uk.
2. Once completed, bookings are not transferable to alternative events.
3. AELP reserves the right to change the programme, content, speakers as necessary or cancel the event. If the webinar is cancelled, AELP will contact all delegates at the earliest opportunity to advise and to arrange a refund if any payment has been made.
